The Justine and Yves Sergent Award is to honour a female researcher who has developed an international reputation in the field of cognitive neuroscience, in particular in connection with research on the hemispheric specialization or the interface between cognitive neuropsychology and functional brain imaging.
In addition to receiving the Justine and Yves Sergent Award, the recipient is invited to present a conference entitled The Conference Justine and Yves Sergent in Montreal, during which she will summarize her scientific research and comment on its relation to the contributions made by Dr. Justine Sergent. Both the Award and the conference are being organized with the cooperation of the Research Centre of the Institut universitaire de gériatrie de Montréal.
